I started in RT in October of 1995. Almost all of our equipment was built on jobsites and was lacking to say the least. I have come across some great inventions in my career and have tried to improve upon them. Later we were supplied with some manufactured tools but I found many of them to be underbuilt. The reason was because the manufacturers were not RT hands. They do not know the daily challenges we face nor the conditions under which we face them. My tools are built with RT hands in mind because I am an RT hand just like you!
